RETURN POLICY

Eshopgs is committed to providing our customers with the utmost satisfaction. Should you wish to exchange an item purchased online, we offer several convenient options:

  • In-Store Exchange: Visit any of our GS stores or mono-brand stores in Amman for a quick and efficient exchange.
  • Dedicated Online Exchange Process: Initiate an online exchange request by contacting our dedicated customer service team at +962 7 93 120 120. Our agents will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

OUR POLICY

  • If you wish to process your request through delivery a shipping fee of 5 JOD will be applied to each online exchange request.
  • To minimize order processing complexity, only two online exchange requests per order are accepted.
  • All items returned for exchange must be in their original purchase condition, with original tags attached.
    • Full-price and Sale/Promotional Merchandise: Eligible for exchange within 18 days of purchase.
    • Only full-price items are cash refundable.
  • Certain categories of items, including underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms, are not eligible for exchange.
  • For footwear items and to maintain hygiene and ensure product quality, please try them on a carpeted surface before wear. Items exhibiting signs of wear or damage are not eligible for exchange.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size and style in our inventory.
  • Gift Purchases: Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
  • Items cannot be exchanged with gift cards.

REFUNDS

Eshopgs offers in-store refunds for online purchases. To initiate a refund, please visit any of our authorized GS stores. You can find our stores locations here

Please bring the following when requesting a refund:

  • The item(s) in their original purchase condition with original tags attached
  • Your original invoice or e-invoice
  • valid ID card
  • The credit card used for the purchase (if applicable)

REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Items purchased at full price
  • Items returned within 10 days of purchase
  • Items unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All shoes must not exhibit signs of wear and must have been tried on a carpeted surface

Refunds will be issued at the purchase price, excluding any delivery charges.

The name on the ID card and credit card used for the purchase must match the customer’s name on the receipt.

Gift purchases cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.

REFUND EXCLUSIONS

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items that do not comply with this policy.

DEFECTED ITEMS

  • If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect upon receipt, it is considered faulty. Normal wear and tear do not constitute a defect.
  • For faulty items received, follow our standard refund procedure within 10 days of purchase by returning them to any GS point of sale.
  • We may offer repair upon your approval. If unavailable or impossible, we will replace the item with the same product (if available) or provide a full refund as per standard terms.
  • You can exchange faulty items for another product at any GS point of sale instead of requesting a refund.

REPEATED RETURNS

While we offer a generous return policy for your convenience, we do monitor return history. Excessive returns may be flagged and, at our discretion, could lead to refusal or account closure.

COLORS

We strive to accurately represent product colors on our website. However, due to monitor variations, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
