Key Accountabilities
• Ensure adherence to brand visual standards and guidelines.
• Support brand promotion and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers to optimize product displays and maximize customer interest.
• Regularly visit stores to monitor brand performance, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.
• Analyze sales data to manage bestsellers and address slow-moving items.
• Act as a liaison between the Commercial and Sales teams, ensuring alignment on brand objectives.
• Provide product knowledge sessions, brand presentations, and onboarding for new store staff.
• Motivate and guide store teams to achieve sales targets.
Execution Activities
• Manage stock replenishment, transfers, and sales forecasts.
• Oversee in-store promotions, seasonal changes, and merchandising updates.
• Maintain high retail and visual standards across all stores.
• Prepare and share regular performance and store visit reports.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to enhance brand positioning.
Coordination Activities:
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Warehouse teams for display and stock execution.
• Assist in new store openings and ensure operational readiness.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, or brand management is a plus.
