Shipping Rates
Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders totaling 60 USD or more.
Standard Shipping Fee: For orders 59 and below, a flat-rate shipping fee of 3 USD will be applied.
Delivery Timeframe
Expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
This timeframe typically starts on the next working day following your order placement, excluding weekends and Lebanese public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive for promptness, occasional delays may occur (see ‘Important Delivery Information’ below).
Delivery Coverage
Our delivery services cover all locations throughout Lebanon.
Currently, international shipping is not available.
Order Confirmation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order submission email containing detailed information about your order and purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification containing shipment tracking information.
This information will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Processing and Delivery Schedule
Order processing and deliveries generally occur during standard business operating hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Notification
You may receive a notification (e.g., SMS or call) from our delivery partner 1-2 days prior to the scheduled delivery attempt to coordinate receipt.
Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellation
Our delivery partner will make up to three (3) attempts to contact you and successfully deliver your order.
If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts due to factors such as inability to reach you or refusal to accept the package, the order will regrettably be canceled.

Accurate Information: Timely and successful delivery is dependent on the accuracy of the address and contact information you provide. eshopGS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Signature Upon Receipt: To ensure secure delivery, a signature from you or an authorized representative at the delivery address may be required upon receipt of the package. Responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to you upon signature.
Payment Upon Delivery: Please note, where payment is due upon delivery (e.g., Cash on Delivery), drivers may refuse to hand over the order until full payment is received.
Insurance Coverage: eshopGS insures all packages against theft and accidental damage during transit from our facility to your designated delivery address. This insurance coverage ceases upon successful delivery or signature confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe Estimates: The provided delivery timeframes are estimates for informational purposes. While eshopGS endeavors to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, public holidays, peak demand periods (e.g., major sales events), or other factors beyond our direct control. Estimated delivery dates do not constitute a guarantee.
Order Splitting: eshopGS reserves the right, based on operational requirements or item availability, to split a single order into multiple shipments. You will be notified if your order is dispatched in separate packages.
Gift Wrapping: Please be advised that certain items may not be suitable for gift wrapping due to their size, shape, or other characteristics. Availability of gift wrapping will be indicated on product pages or during checkout where applicable.
Policy Amendments & Rights
Shipping Fees: eshopGS reserves the right to implement, modify, add, or remove delivery fees for any order at its sole discretion. Current applicable fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Carrier Selection: The selection of the shipping carrier(s) used for delivery is at the exclusive discretion of eshopGS.
Order Cancellations (Pre-Delivery)
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched with the shipping carrier. Please contact our customer care team promptly for cancellation requests.
