Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through it (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms & Conditions” or “T&C”). By using the Services, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire website.

HSTCo has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. - Terms of Sale
By placing an order on eshopgs.com/lb, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility: To contract with eshopGS, you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or use another payment method approved by us.
- Your Undertakings: When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and any related charges.
- Refusal of Orders: eshopGS / HSTCo retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you for any reason.
- Personal Use: Products purchased are intended for personal or gift use only and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit.
- Quantity Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
- Acceptance of Your Order
- (a) Our Contract & Item Reservation: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. A contract between us for the purchase of goods will be formed only when your order has been processed and we send you an email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Due to the dynamic nature of online retail, the price and availability of items in your shopping bag are subject to change until you complete the checkout process. Adding an item to your shopping bag does not reserve the item nor guarantee its price or availability. Items in your shopping bag may be purchased by other customers until you complete checkout.
- (b) Order Changes/Cancellations: Before completing payment, you may be able to modify items, sizes, or billing/shipping details in your bag. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, it generally cannot be modified or added to. Order cancellation may be possible before the items are dispatched by the shipping carrier, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please contact Customer Service promptly for cancellation requests. Once dispatched or delivered, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- (c) Dispatch Times: Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
- (d) Pricing and Availability: Whilst we try diligently to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/availability or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel an order after payment but before dispatch due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.
- (e) Delivery Costs & VAT: Delivery costs are charged in addition to the product prices; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’. All prices advertised on eshopgs.com/lb are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are subject to change.
- (f) Payment: Payments are accepted via the methods clearly displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Cash). Transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. You will typically be redirected to a secure payment page to enter your details. HSTCo does not store your full credit/debit card information.

Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, pandemics, epidemics, significant adverse force of nature/weather events, or any other event that is beyond our control (‘Force Majeure Event’). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

The material displayed on this Website is provided “as is” without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. We will use our complaints handling procedure to try to resolve the dispute efficiently. If a resolution cannot be reached through this procedure, the matter shall be subject to the Governing Law and Jurisdiction outlined in Section 20.

Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning as is permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with all our policies and procedures (including the Cookies and Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy), will be governed by and construed in accordance with Lebanese law. The relevant courts of Lebanon will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these T&C or your use of the Website.
